摘要
"救援"是灾害救援医学的一个常用词汇和基本概念,笔者首先简析"救援"的词义,继而采用"六何分析法"分析救援行动的要素,即为什么要进行救援、由谁来进行救援、救援的主要工作是什么、救援的时间表、在哪里救援、完成救援行动的方式和方法,最后辨析"救援"相关概念,特别是"应急救援"与"应急处置"的关系。
The word ＂rescue＂ is a term commonly used in the discipline of disaster medicine. In this paper, the connotation of rescue is firstly summarized, and then the elements of a rescue operation are analyzed, including why, who, what, when, where and how to rescue. Finally, the associated terms of rescue are differentiated and analyzed, particularly the correlation between the terms emergency rescue and emergency response.
