轴承长径比对水润滑轴承润滑特性影响实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Effect of Bearing Length Diameter Ratio on Lubrication Characteristics of Water Lubricated Bearing

摘要 为研究海水淡化高压泵水润滑轴承几何参数对转子系统稳定性的影响,选取3种不同长径比的水润滑轴承,在海水淡化高压泵水润滑轴承综合实验台上进行干、湿转子的轴心轨迹及周向压力分布实验研究。结果表明,轴承长径比对液膜形成的影响较大,干、湿转子轴心轨迹受长径比参数变化的影响整体趋势相近,在长径比较小时轴承液膜有效接触面积较小,转子系统的稳定性较差。随着轴承长径比的增大,转子系统的稳定性能明显增强,因此,在一定的运行条件下长径比为0.8~1.0可以确保水润滑轴承稳定运行。可为进一步提高万吨级海水淡化高压泵系统稳定运行性提供技术支撑。 In order to study the influence of the geometric parameters of the water lubricated bearing on the stability of rotor system in seawater desalination high-pressure pump, three different length diameter ratio of water lubricated beatings were selected, and through high-pressure pump seawater desalination water lubricated bearing test bench for dry and wet rotor, axis orbit and circumferential pressure distribution were studied. The results showed that, the influence of length diameter ratio of liquid film formation was large, dry and wet trend similar to the overall change in the rotor, the bearing liquid film effective contact area was small and the stability of the system was poor when the length diameter ratio of bearing was small. With the increase of the lengthto diameter ratio, the stability of the bearing was enhanced obviously, so when long diameter ratio was 0.8-1.0, it could ensure the stable operation of the water lubricated bearing at Certain operational conditions. This study provided a certain research foundation for the further improvement of the stable operation of the high pressure pump system.
