摘要 探讨了N-((吡咯烷-2-基)甲基)-1-羟基萘-2-甲酰胺(1 d)有机小分子催化蒽酮与硝基烯烃不对称Michael加成反应.研究表明,在40℃条件下,CH2Cl2中,催化剂用量为蒽酮的15%(x)存在下,反应15 h,蒽酮与硝基烯烃能有效地进行Michael加成反应,获得较好的产率(79%~88%)和对映选择性(最高85%ee). Catalyzed by an organic small molecule N- ( (pyrrolidin-2-1y) methyl) - 1 -hydroxynaphthalene- 2-carboxamide, asymmetric Michael addition of anthrone with nitrostyrenes has been developed.The reaction was 15 hours efficiently performed in the presence of (15 mmol%) at 40 ℃in CH2C1/ ,obtained in excellent yield (79% ~ 88% yields) and high enantioselectivities (up to 85% ee).The procedure was characterized by lower a- mount of inexpensive catalyst, mild reaction condition, environmentally benign and simplicity.
