摘要
金融管理过程中各项管理模式面临新的挑战,需要以市场为导向进行金融制度创新,逐步实现由一元制度管理结构向多元制度管理结构转变,全面提升金融市场的综合运行和控制管理能力,为金融体制机制创新创造良好的条件。金融机构在以商业银行为主体的管理过程中,需要从自身结构优化出发,积极稳妥地推进金融制度创新,实现金融服务的全方位管理,提高金融创新水平。
In the process of financial man ag emen t, the management modes are facing innovation of financial system guided by the market is required in order to gradually realifrom one-element to multiple system management stru c ture, to enhance the comprehensive financmarket operation and control ab i l ity, and to create favorable conditions for the financial system amechanism innovation . In the management process taking commercial banks as the main b o d y ,financinstitutions should start from optimizing its own stru c ture , actively and steadily push forward the finacial system innovation, realize the all-round management of financial serv ice s, and improve the level financial innovation .
