摘要
真空接触器为了减少预击穿时间和合闸弹跳,对触头的速度有严格的要求。通过有限元法分析了真空接触器的吸合过程,获得了电磁吸力随气隙和气隙随时间的变化曲线,并试验验证了其正确性。以此为基础,在电磁系统不变的情况下,通过优化传动比来降低吸合碰撞能量从而降低触头弹跳,有利于提高接触器的使用寿命和可靠性。
The vacuum contactor has strict requirements on the speed of contact,which is for reducing time of prebreakdown and closing bounce. Vacuum contactor’s closing process was analyzed by finite element method,the curve of electromagnetic force with the variation of air gap and the curve of air gap with the variation of the time were obtained,and they were demonstrated to be correct by experiments. Basing on the curve,remaining the same electromagnetic system,contact bounce could be reduced by optimizing tansmission ratio for obtaining a smaller closing collision energy,and this is a positive factor for improving the life and reliability of vacuum contactor.
