微信平台在临床实习护生教学管理中实施效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微信平台在临床实习护生教学管理中的实施效果。方法选取在商丘市第一人民医院护理部实习的护生60名,根据实习时间顺序分为两组,各30名。对照组应用传统教学方法,观察组采用微信平台进行护生教学,对比分析两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果对照组操作及理论成绩均明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在独立性培养、自主学习空间、教学方法、学习目标及前景期待教学方面的满意度明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台在临床实习护生教学管理中的应用效果较好,增强学习的积极主动性,提高护生的实习质量及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the We Chat platform in clinical practice nursing students in the management of the implementation of the effect. Methods The nursing students in Shangqiu First People 's Hospital were selected as 60 nursing students. According to the practice time sequence, they were divided into two groups. The control group applied the traditional teaching method.Results The observation group used the We Chat platform to carry out the teaching of nursing students, and analyzed the scores of the two groups and the satisfaction of teaching.(P〈0.05). The satisfaction degree of the control group in the independent culture, the self-learning space, the teaching method, the learning goal and the prospective teaching expectation were significant(P〈0.05). The control group had significant difference in the operation and the theoretical achievement(P〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of We Chat platform in clinical practice nursing students teaching management is effective, enhance the positive initiative of learning, improve the quality of nursing students and teaching satisfaction.
