摘要
以河北干部网络学院平台为研究对象,从网页设计、技术、资源建设和教学模式等四个方面,介绍了与其他干部网络教育平台相比的创新点。并选择平台试运行阶段学员的学习行为记录,从学习计划完成情况、课程学习情况及专题网班进行情况等三个方面,分析并归纳了学员的学习行为特征。基于学习行为特征分析,提出试运行阶段存在的问题,并给出有针对性的建议,以期完善平台功能,提高学员学习兴趣,并为改善"互联网+干部教育"模式提供借鉴。
This article takes Hebei Network Cadre Training Institute as the research object, and introduces some innovative measures compared with other network cadre training platforms from four aspects of web design, technology, resource construction and teaching mode. In addition, the learning behavior records of students during the test run stage are selected and the students' learning behavior characteristics are analyzed from three aspects: execution of study plan, course learning and network class. Based on the analysis, the problems existing in the test run stage are put forward, and some pertinent suggestions are proposed in view of these problems. The study aims to improve the function of the platform, to improve the students' learning interest, to provide reference for the improvement of web-based cadre education model.
