摘要
高校基层学院学生工作对口部门多,工作内容纷繁、杂乱、零散,很多工作之间的关联性、逻辑性不强。面对头绪繁多的具体工作,一线辅导员容易出现顾此失彼的现象,不能很好把握工作的轻重缓急,影响工作质量、实效和效率,不利于工作的有序、高效开展。北京林业大学人文社会科学学院在工作实践基础上,利用合并同类项、归纳、演绎的方法,对繁杂的学生工作内容进行了系统的梳理、整合和架构,形成了"树人"学生工作体系,构建了一个形象、便于理解,又能深刻体现各项工作地位、作用的有机工作体系,使得繁杂的工作变得规整、明确、清晰。
College student management work involves many departments, fussy transactions and heavy workload, which is always complex, disorder and lack of relevance and logic. As a result, student counselors may not grasp the properties of the work, which will affect quality and effectiveness of student work. Based on the practical work of Humanities and Society College of Beijing Forestry University, this paper used the method of merging similar items, induction and deduction to construct the structure of student work system.
