摘要
采用固相微萃取(SPME)得到待检测样品,使用气质(GC-MS、MS)联用的方法测定高原夏菜中有机氯农药残留。实验过程中针对萃取溶剂和解析液体积比等试验条件进行了优化。在优化条件下,通过空白对照法对高原夏菜中的八种有机氯农药残留进行定量分析。实验结果表明,SPME-GC-MS方法对高原夏菜中的回收率在86.80%~96.15%之间,相关系数大,相对标准偏差小。此方法具有方法耗时短、干扰小、前处理简单、检测效果好等特点。
In this paper, solid phase microextraction (SPME) was used to obtain testing samples and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to determine the organochlorine pesticide residues in plateau summer vegetables. The experimental conditions for the extraction solvent and the volume ratio of the analytical solution were optimized in the experiment. Under the optimized conditions, the quantitative analysis of eight organochlorine pesticide residues in the plateau summer vegetables was carried out by the blank control method. The experimental results showthat the recovery rate of the SPME-GC-Ms to plateau summer vegetables is between 86.80 % ?96.15 %. The correlation coefficient is large and the relative standard deviation is small. This method has the characteristics of short time, small interference, simple pretreatment and good detection effect.
