摘要
对境外经贸合作区研究现状进行分类综述,在此基础上全面分析中国境外经贸合作区发展现状及特征,就合作区投资主体、区位分布、产业定位、政策支持等方面进行研究,同时对我国境外经贸合作区在产业集聚方面带来的两类基本效应进行剖析。解决目前中国境外经贸合作区发展面临的主要问题,应规范指导园区建设、统筹规划产业布局;健全政府与东道国间沟通合作机制;深入推进"一带一路"倡议,促进园区可持续发展;发挥企业投资主体作用;充分利用自身比较优势,优化产业结构;重视本地化经营和培养综合型人才。
Research On China＇s Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone
Zhu Nina, Fan Dan （Beijing University of Technology, School of Economics and Management, Beijing 100124） Abstract： This paper makes reviews on the research status of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, based on this, it states the current situation and feature of China＇s o- verseas economic and trade cooperation zone, which contains the investment subject, the location distribution, industry orientation, policy support and other aspects. This paper also makes analysis on the two basic effects of industrial agglom- eration On China＇s overseas economic and trade cooperation zone. The paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the main problems of the development of China＇s overseas e- conomic and trade cooperation zones： Standard the construc- tion of the park, overall plan the industrial distribution;Build up the mechanism for communication and cooperation be- tween the government and the host country; Further promote the One Belt And One Road initiative and sustainable de- velopment; Play the role of enterprise investment subject; Make full use of the comparative advantages to optimize the industrial structure; Focus on localization and training of comprehensive talents.
