摘要
三坐标测量机是重要的精密自动测量仪器,其控制系统应具有开放性,易于升级改型,以适应不同的测量要求,实现柔性测量。采用PMAC2控制卡与工控机为核心形成了开放式测量机控制系统。利用VC6.0、PComm32PRO库函数、控制卡语言编写了上下位机软件。实现了上位机状态监控界面、DMIS程序编辑下载、功能按钮界面和参数设置等功能模块,以及下位机参数设置、手柄控制、三坐标值捕捉等PLC程序和回零运动、重复测量运动等运动控制程序,最终实现了针对不同测量要求的柔性测量。
The CMM is an important precision automatic measuring instrument, its control system should have open architecture which is easy to upgrade for different measuring requirements. The open control system of the measuring machine is mainly formed by PMAC2 card and industrial personal computer machine. The software of the upper and lower computer is programed with VC6. 0, PComm32PRO library functions, etc. The software includes Machine status monitoring interface, DMIS program editor, function buttons interface, parameter setting interface, some motion control programs and some PLC programs such as parameter setting, handle control and capture of coordinate value, etc. As a result, the flexible control system of measuring machine is realized to meet different measurement requirements.
