摘要
铸铁水平连续铸造技术在我国发展已经30年了,技术和装备在日臻完善,铸铁型材的应用领域和数量在不断扩大,如何生产不同截面尺寸和种类的铸铁型材,解决其相关关键技术和装备难题,进一步丰富铸铁型材产品类型,发挥铸铁型材的优点,提升我国装备制造业的水平已成为热点问题。在综述铸铁型材特点和我国与国际知名企业之间的差距基础上,提出了水平连铸技术和铸铁型材应用的发展趋势和方向。
Cast iron horizontal continuous casting technology had developed 30 years in China. The production equipment and the quality of cast iron dense bars had been greatly improved, while the range of applications for these products had expanded. Important knowledge on how to solve key technology and equipment problems to produce a variety of dense bars with different cross sections had been gained. Even with these advances, further enrichment of the product types and dense bar grades had become a hot topic of research for enhance the equipment manufacturing industry of China. The basic characteristics of the dense bars and the gap between our country and internationally well-known enterprises are reviewed and a research and development direction for horizontal continuous casting technology and dense bars application is proposed.
