摘要
针对某1 000 MW超超临界垂直管圈锅炉水冷壁管横向裂纹形成的原因,开展了宏观检查、几何尺寸测量、化学成分分析、拉伸性能试验、金相分析、硬度试验、断口扫描电镜分析和外壁及断口附着物X射线能谱分析等实验研究。结果表明:冷壁管外壁横向裂纹为是腐蚀性热疲劳裂纹,是炉管传热过程中金属壁温的频繁波动产生的疲劳应力所致,炉内的还原性腐蚀烟气成分加速裂纹的发展。
In order to check the transverse crack formation of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical boiler with vertical upward waterwall, the macro examination, measurement of geometric size, chemical composition, tensile test, metallographic, hardness, SEM and EDS for fracture were investigated. The results show that the transverse cracks on the cold tube outer wall is hot fatigue crack, it is caused by the fatigue stress with the heat transfer frequent fluctuation, and the furnace flue gas corrosion composition accelerate the developing of the crack.
