摘要
目的探讨分析应用不同剂量比例玉屏风散对小鼠上呼吸道微生态产生的影响。方法选取由青霉素造成的上呼吸道菌群失调动物小鼠模型作为本次研究对象,分配将其划分成3组,即对照组、模拟组与治疗组(玉屏风散治疗),对不同组别的研究对象微生态指标进行检验对比。结果大剂量比例应用黄芪、白术的治疗组对小鼠上呼吸道微生态作用明显,同模拟组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同剂量比例的玉屏风散对上呼吸道微生态作用明显,大剂量使用黄芪与白术能够有效改善甲型链球菌数量,促进其繁殖生长,维持上呼吸道菌群平衡。
Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of yuping feng powder on the upper respiratory tract microecology in mice. Methods Selected by penicillin caused by upper respiratory tract dysbacteriosis in animal model of mice as the research object, the distribution can be divided into 3 groups: control group, model group and treatment group (yuping fengsan treatment), to study diferent groups of micro ecological indicators were tested and compared. Results the large dose of astragalus and baizhu treatment group had obvious effect on the upper respiratory tract microecology, compared with the simulation group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Diferent dosage of yuping feng powder was micro ecological efects on the upper respiratory tract, the use of large dose of huangqi and baizhu can efectively improve the number of Streptococcus, promote reproductive growth, maintain the balance of fora in the respiratory tract.
