摘要
目的观察分析在小儿护理工作中多应用肢体语言沟通的临床效果。方法收集2015年12月—2017年7月入我院接收诊疗的102例患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表格法将病例平均分为对照组和研究组,各51例,所有研究小儿均实施常规护理,而研究组在此基础上再多应用肢体语言沟通,调查并分析家长护理满意度和两组患儿护理依从性。结果研究组患儿护理依从率及家长护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿护理工作中多应用肢体语言沟通能明显改善患儿护理依从性,对临床治疗有积极影响作用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efect of multi body language communication in pediatric nursing work. Methods From December 2015 to July 2017, 102 children receiving treatment in our hospital as the research object, according to the random number table method were divided into control group and study group, 51 cases in each, all the children in the study were given routine care, while the study group based on the use of body language communication, investigation and analysis of parents＇ satisfaction with nursing care and compliance of the two groups of children. Results The nursing compliance rate and parents＇ nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of body language communication in pediatric nursing work can significantly improve children＇s nursing compliance, and has a positive impact on clinical treatment.
