摘要
目的探究服务质量持续改进在血站采血护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月3 000例无偿献血者临床资料进行分析,其中对照组(1 495例)行常规采血护理,研究组(1 505例)行服务质量持续改进采血护理,比较两组不良反应发生率及护理满意度评分。结果研究组不良反应总发生率0.40%与对照组相比低(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分为(96.13±2.09)分,较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论血站采血期间予以服务质量持续改进护理,可有效减少不良反应的发生,促进患者满意度提升。
Objective Application effect of continuous improvement of service quality in blood collection and nursing care of blood station. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017, 3 000 blood donors were analyzed retrospectively, including the control group (1 495 cases) received routine blood care, the study group (1 505 cases) were nursing service quality continuous improvement, compared with two groups of adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction score. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 0.40%, which was lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05); The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was (96.13 ± 2.09) points, which was higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Blood bank blood collection during the continuous improvement of quality of care, can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and promote patient satisfaction.
