中医“肾精”的现代医学内涵 被引量:48

Modern Medicine Connotation of “Kidney Essence” in Chinese Medicine

摘要 基于前期脏腑之精的现代医学本质的研究,认为肾精的现代医学本质主要体现为机体中所有干细胞及其周围微环境中的细胞外基质、细胞间信号分子和组织液等组成的有机集合。在揭示"先天之精"和"后天之精"现代医学本质的基础上,阐述肾精形成及充盈的现代医学机理。通过阐释肾精、肾气、脏腑之气的现代医学本质的内在联系,以及揭示肾精、肾气、脏腑之气随年龄变化的现代医学机理,诠释肾精生理效应的现代医学内涵,即肾主生长发育和生殖以及推动和调控脏腑气化的现代医学内涵。 Based on previous study of nature of Zang-fu viscera essence in modern medicine,the authors hold that nature of kidney essence in modern medicine mainly manifests an organic collection constituted by all stem cells in the body,the extracellular matrix,intercellular signaling molecule and tissue fluid surrounding microenvironment,etc. On the basis of revealing the nature of "congenital essence"and "acquired essence"in modern medicine,the authors expound the modern medicine mechanism of kidney essence formation and filling. By explaining the internal relation of modern medicine nature of kidney essence,kidney Qi and Zang-fu viscera Qi,by revealing the modern medicine mechanism of kidney essence,kidney Qi and Zang-fu viscera Qi changing with age,the authors illuminate the modern medicine connotation of kidney essence physiological effect,which refers to kidney governing growth,development,and reproduction,as well as promoting and regulating Zang-fu viscera Qi transformation.
