摘要
近年来唾液组学的发展使利用唾液寻找疾病标志物日趋成熟。牙周炎是口腔微生物与宿主之间相互作用失衡引发的慢性炎症,导致牙周软组织和硬组织的破坏。唾液中微生物来源的标记物,宿主牙周组织炎症反应和软、硬组织破坏相关标记物可以反映牙周病的发生和进展。本文就牙周炎唾液诊断标记物的研究现状及应用前景作一综述。
The development of salivaomics techniques provides a robust platform for exploring biomarkers in saliva. Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the tooth-supporting tissues initiated by the imbalance of periodontal pathogens and host inflammatory and immune response,which results in progressive destruction of the periodontal soft and hard tissues. Salivary microorganisms,biomarkers of periodontal inflammation,soft tissue and bone destruction can reflect the occurrence and development of periodontitis. The current status of saliva biomarkers for periodontitis and their potential application are reviewed in this paper.
