摘要
为建立进口鱼粉多元素快速测定方法,以硝酸处理进口鱼粉样品,微波消解,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定鱼粉中的铅、镉、汞、砷、铜、铬、钴、镍8种元素的含量。通过稀释、在线加入内标,有效消除物理干扰;通过调整质谱分辨率,减少丰度较大的同位素产生的拖尾峰干扰;通过使用碰撞反应池技术,降低基体干扰背景;并编辑干扰校正方程对测定结果进行校正。实验回收率为85.4%~107%,RSD为0.5%~4.1%。该检测方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、重新性好,适用于进口鱼粉样品的多元素同时检测。
To establish quick testing method for determining 8 elements in imported fish meal,such as lead,cadmium,mercury, arsenic, copper, chromium,cobalt,nickel,etc,the fish meal was disposed by nitric acid,and digested by microwave,and 8 elements in fish meal was determined by ICP-MS. Dilution and internal standards was used to eliminate physical interference ,mass resolution was adjusted to reduce the ailing peak of the large isotope,collision/reaction cell technology was used to reduce matrix interference, interference correction equation was edited to correct the result. The recovery rate was 85.4%-107% , the RSD was 0.5%-4.1%. The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
