摘要
目的建立油基样品中γ-亚麻酸的无衍生化气相色谱-质谱快速测定法。方法油基样品在0.5 mol/L的NaOHCH_3OH溶液中65℃皂化20 min,皂化液经稀释、过滤后用浓HCl酸化,离心后弃上清,用0.2 ml三氯甲烷定容,最后直接上气质联用仪进行分析。结果在2~1 000 mg/L的范围内,所得γ-亚麻酸的回归方程为y=47.5c+4.3,r=0.996 8。该方法的检出限为0.6 mg/L,加标回收率为92.0%~103.8%,RSD为2.9%~5.1%。结论该方法成本低廉、简单快速、准确可靠,对环境较为绿色友好,适用于油基样品中γ-亚麻酸的测定。
Objective To develope a rapid and simple underivatized capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrum (GC/MS) method for determination of γ-linolenie acid (GLA) in oil samples. Methods The oil sample was saponified with 0.5 mol/L NaOH-CH3OH solution for 20 min at 65 ℃, then diluted with deionized water and acidified with concentrated HCl, the mixture was eentrifugated and the supernatant was discarded. Finally,the residue was dissolved in 0.2 ml of chloroform for GC/MS analysis. Results Linearity of peak area was obtained over a wide range of concentration (2-1 000 mg/L),and the equation of linear regression of GLA was y=47.5c+4.3,r=0.996 8,the detection limit was 0.6 mg/L,the rates of recovery were 92.0%- 103.8% and the RSDs (n=6) were 2.9%-5.1%. Conclusion The method is low-cost,rapid,accurate and environmentally benign.
