摘要
大纵坡、小半径曲线匝道桥在运营阶段发生主梁偏移是当前此类桥梁一种常见病害,常规纠偏方法工期长,工序多,施工复杂,对结构的完整性和耐久性会产生不同程度的损害。以齐贤枢纽匝道桥纠偏工程为背景,介绍了自平衡液压纠偏法的技术原理、辅助措施、监测内容,应用结果表明,该方法具有施工简便、速度快、精度高、无损结构外观和性能等特点,具备在类似工程中推广的价值。
The superstructure deviation is a common defect for ramp bridge in service with large longitudinal slope and small radius curve. Regular rectification methods, with some disadvantages such as long duration, too many procedures, complex construction technology, often lead to damage for the structure appearance and durability. This paper introduces the principle of self-balanced hydraulic rectification method, assistant measures and constriction monitoring. The application o{ this method to the Qixian ramp bridge indicates that it has some unique advantages, such as simple and fast construction, high precision, non destructive for the structure appearance and performance, which is worthy to be promoted in similar projects.
