摘要
针对目前雾封层预养护技术没有统一的评价指标和评价方法的现状,在对比分析现有研究基础上,推荐了基于工艺性能、使用性能和耐久性能要求的雾封层养护材料评价体系。其中的耐久性评价,室内试验推荐采用加重磨耗试验,可以评价雾封层的养护效果;现场试验采用改进的耐磨性试验,可以评价路面性能,预估雾封层的使用寿命;对浙江某地区2012年~2015年采用雾封层养护的5.9km桥面进行现场试验,证明该方法可以评价预防性养护材料耐久性。
In view of the situation that there is no uniform evaluation index and evaluation method for current fog seal layer pre-curing technology, in this paper on the basis of comparisons to and analysis of existing studies an evaluation system of fog seal layer curing materials is proposed based on process performance, service performance and durability requirements. Among them, increased abrasion is recommended for the durability evaluation and indoor test which can evaluate the protective effect of fog layer. Field test uses improved wear resistance test which can evaluate the performance of the road pavement and estimate the service life of fog seal. Field tests for a 5.9 km long bridge deck cured with fog seal in 2012--2015 are carried out in Zhejiang Province, and it proves that the method can evaluate the durability of the prophylactic curing material.
