摘要
伴随新消费群体的兴起,新消费需求的增长,居民消费需求发生深刻变化,消费结构趋于升级,对零售业的供给侧变革提出新要求。马云提出的"新零售"概念,在业界及学术界引起广泛讨论和争议。本文在明确"新零售"内涵、特征的基础上,分析当前我国零售业发展的现状问题,以及新零售在发展过程中表现出来的模式特征,重点阐述新零售对传统零售业的变革与影响,旨在为政府出台相关支持政策或企业探索新零售转型路径提供参考。
With the rise of the new consumer group and the increasing demand of new consumption, profound changes are taking place in consumer demand, and the consumption structure is tending to upgrade, which have put forward new requirements for the supply side reform of retail industry. The concept of "New Retail" coined by Ma Yun has aroused extensive discussion and controversy in the industry and academia. On the basis of defining the connotation and characteristics of "New Retail", this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of retail industry development in China, and the pattern features of new retail in the process of development. It also focuses on the changes and impacts of new retailing on traditional retailing, aiming at providing reference for the government to introduce relevant supporting policies or enterprises to explore the new retail transformation path.
