高压氧辅助治疗脑膜瘤患者术后脑水肿的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨高压氧辅助治疗脑膜瘤患者术后水肿的疗效及其对患者神经功能和日常活动能力的影响。方法86例脑膜瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组在术后采取常规抗感染、止血等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上进行高压氧辅助治疗,观察两组的疗效、神经功能缺损情况和日常生活活动能力。结果术后7 d、14 d观察组患者的脑水肿体积均显著小于对照组(P<0.05),脑水肿治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,日常生活能力量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧辅助治疗应用于脑膜瘤术后,能够显著减小患者水肿大小,改善患者神经功能缺损,提高患者日常生活活动能力,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in adjuvant therapy for postoperative brain edema and its influence on neurologic impairment and ability .of daily life activities in patients with meningioma. Methods Eighty-six meningioma patients with postoperative brain edema were randomly divided into control or observation groups,43 in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment such as anti-infection and hemostatic therapy ,while the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, neurologic deficits and daily life activity of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The cerebral edema volume in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group after 7-day and 14-day of operation (P 〈 0. 05). After treatment, the cure rate of cerebral edema in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05) and the neurologic impairment score in the observation group were obviously lower than that in the control group. The daily life ability scale in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen in adjuvant therapy for meningioma patients with postoperative cerebral edema can significantly decrease the patients' edema size, and improve the patients' neurologic deficits as well as the ability of daily life activities. It is worthy of clinical application.
