低剂量CT肺动脉成像中应用自动管电流调制技术结合idose4算法的临床意义分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨低剂量CT肺动脉成像中运用自动管电流调制技术(CTPA)结合i Dose4迭代重建算法的临床应用价值。方法 2015年1月至2016年12月本院呼吸内科疑似肺动脉栓塞行CTPA患者120例,按随机数字表法分为三组各40例,分别运用不同方法得到A、B、C、D4组图像。统计患者所受照射剂量,比较四组图像质量主、客观评分。结果观察组有效剂量为(1.1±0.5)m Sv,常规剂量组和低剂量组有效剂量分别为(1.6±0.7)m Sv和(0.7±1.2)m Sv,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、C、D三组图像主观评分均在3分以上、可诊断率均为100.0%。四组图像SNR、CNR和噪声值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在低剂量CT检查中,应用CTPA能够有效减少患者辐射剂量,同时结合i Dose4迭代重建算法,能够保证获得图像的质量,值得临床参考使用。 Objective To investigate theclinical application value of automatic tube current modulation combined with iDose4 iterafive reconstruction algorithm in low dose CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA). Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 120 suspected pulmonary embolism patients in our respiratory medicine underwent CTPA. They were divided into three groups according to the random number table method,40 in each group. We used different methods to obtain 4 sets of images. The general data of patients and the dose of radiation were compared. The four groups of image quality, subjective score and objective score were compared. Results The general data of the patients were not statistically different. In the observation group, effective dose was 1.1 ± 0. 5 mSv. In the conventional dose group and low dose group, effective dose was ( 1.6 ±0.7) mSv and (0. 7± 1.2 ) mSv, respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). The subjective scores of A, C and D three-group image were more than 3 points and diagnostic rate was 100%. SNR, CNR and noise values in the four-group images were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion In the lowdose CT examination,CTPA can effectively reduce the radiation dose to patients. Combined with iDose4 iterative reconstruction algorithm, it can guarantee the quality of the images, and is worthy of clinical reference.
