摘要 人呼吸道合胞病毒(Human respiratory syncytial virus,hRSV)是婴幼儿毛细支气管炎和支气管肺炎等严重下呼吸道感染的最主要病原,还与之后哮喘的发生关系密切。hRSV可分为A、B两种抗原亚型,对hRSV的黏附蛋白G进行核苷酸序列分析又可进一步将其分为多种基因型,不同时间或地区流行的hRSV亚型和基因型有所差异,不同型别hRSV导致的hRSV疾病严重程度可能也存在差异。迄今为止仍没有安全有效的措施防治hRSV。本文现对hRSV的流行病学研究进展综述,为hRSV疫苗的研制和hRSV疾病的防控提供参考。 The human respiratory syncytial virus (hRSV) is the most common causative pathogen of infec- tion in the lower respiratory tract in infants and young children (especially for infantile viral pneumonia and hronchiolitis) and hRSV is also closely related to the occurrence of asthma, hRSV can he classified into two antigen subtypes and divided further into several genotypes based on analyses of the nucleotide se- quence of attachment protein G. The predominant prevalent hRSV subtypes and genotypes change from year to year and from region to region. Also, the severity of hRSV disease caused by different types of hRSV may also be significantly different. There are no safe and effective measures to control hRSV infec- tion. This review updates the epidemiology data of hRSV to provide supports for the development of a hRSV vaccine, diagnosis and treatment for hRSV disease.
