中薄板坯连铸机表面质量控制技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 结合唐钢中薄板坯连铸机的主要特点,分析了纵裂、边裂和夹渣3类主要铸坯表面缺陷发生的原因,并有针对性的优化钢水成分,优化结晶器和扇形段等设备功能,优化浸入式水口结构和保护渣性能,实现恒拉速浇注和钢水T.O的稳定控制。通过上述技术措施,使铸坯表面缺陷得到有效控制,纵裂发生率由原来的5.2%降低到0.67%,消除了由于结晶器跑锥度导致的边裂缺陷,表面夹渣发生率由原来的14%降低到3%以下。 Combining with the main characteristics of middle-thin slab caster in tangsteel, this paper analyses reasons of the longitudinal crack , edge crack and slag inclusion on the slab surface , and optimize the composition of molten steel, optimize the equipment function of mold and segment, optimize the structure of SEN and the properties of mould powder, realize constant casting speed and stable control of T.O. through above technical countermeasures , the slab surface defect was controlled effectively, longitudinal crack rate was decreased from 5.2% to 0.67%, edge crack defect due to mould taper decreasing was eliminated, slag inclusion rate of slab surface was decreased from 14% to below 3%.
