摘要
阐述了利用内窥式红外热成像系统、接触式热电偶点温计、抽气式烟气测温仪等构成完整的炉内温度场测量技术,对石化装置中管式加热炉炉内温度场进行全方位测试。通过对红外热成像与接触式热电偶温度测量数据进行对比,验证了红外热成像温度测量的准确性。经过对被测管式加热炉炉内件(如管架、管卡)温度的测试,发现炉管及内件的缺陷或薄弱环节,为设计及检修提供依据。
This paper describes the use of endoscopic infrared thermal imaging system,contact thermocouple thermometer,exhaust flue gas thermometer and other equipment that constitute a complete furnace temperature field measurement technology.An all-round testing is carried out for the petrochemical tube furnace temperature field by adopting this technology.The accuracy of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement is verified by comparing the measurement data from infrared thermal imaging and contact thermocouple temperature.Through tes-ting the temperature of the furnace tube(such as pipe rack,tube card),the defects and weaknesses of the furnace tube and the inner parts are discovered,which provides a basis for the design and maintenance.
