摘要
自媒体时代,网络舆情生成与传播速度加快。网络舆情是社会矛盾的集中折射,具有多元性与偏差性。政府网络舆情引导能力与工作人员素养、舆情监控与处理机制密切相关。提升网络舆情引导能力要切实了解网络舆情特点,及时准确回应;提升政府工作人员的媒介素养;建立畅通有效的民意沟通渠道;健全法律法规,加强制度保障。
Public opinion reflects social contradictions with diversity and deviation in the wemedia era.The competence and public opinion of a network is closely related with the quality of its staffs.Therefore,proper inspection,monitoring and administration on the part of government is helpful with the improvement of the competence and public opinion of a website.Besides,effective polls,legal regulations and institutional guarantee should be strengthened.
