摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声监测参数积分在子宫内膜容受性中的评估意义。方法:2015年1月-2017年1月医院入住的不孕女性患者231例,利用GE公司GE VOLUSON E8彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测内膜厚度、内膜类型、内膜容积、内膜基底层流血显示、内膜"蠕动波"、子宫动脉血流PI等一系列指标,并对这些指标进行参数积分,检测这些参数积分与是否成功受孕的关系。结果:利用临床早期妊娠检查,对是否成功受孕进行精确判断,同时利用彩色多普勒超声监测参数指标发现,是否成功受孕与子宫位置无直接关系(P>0.05);而成功受孕与内膜厚度、内膜类型、内膜容积、内膜基底层流血显示、内膜"蠕动波"、子宫动脉血流PI具有相关性(P<0.05)。通过分析检测参数总积分发现,成功受孕者分数在9分以上(含9分)达到89.1%;而未受孕者仅为16.5%。结论:通过对彩色多普勒超声监测参数积分分析,可辅助对子宫内膜容受性的评估,对患者能否成功受孕有一定程度的提示作用。
Objective: To evaluate the significance of color doppler ultrasound monitoring parameters in the evaluation of endometrial receptivity. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2017, 231 patients with infertile women admitted to our hospital were examined by GE's GE VOLUSON E8 color doppler ultrasonography to detect intimal thickness, endometrial type, endometrial volume, endometrial basal layer bleeding, membrane "peristaltic wave", uterine artery blood flow and a series of indicators, and these parameters of the parameters of the integral, to determine the relationship between these parameters and whether the success of conception. Results: The use of clinical early pregnancy test, whether the success of pregnancy to accurately determine the same time, the use of color doppler ultrasound monitoring parameters found that the success of pregnancy and uterine position is not directly related (P〉0.05) ; and the endometrial volume, endometrial volume, endometrial basal layer bleeding, intimal "peristaltic wave" and uterine artery blood flow were correlated. Through the analysis of the total score of the test parameters found that the successful conception score in 9 points or more (including 9 points) to 89.1%; and not pregnant only 16.5%. Conclusion: Through the analysis of color Doppler ultrasound monitoring parameters, can assist in the evaluation ofendometrial receptivity, the success of patients with a certain degree of pregnancy prompted the role.
