摘要
针对纺织品邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物检测前处理中影响萃取效果的3个主要影响因素萃取剂、萃取温度及萃取时间进行对比试验分析研究,确定了试验范围内最优的前处理萃取条件:萃取剂为正己烷,萃取温度为室温,萃取时间为15 min。在最优萃取条件下对不同浓度下的试样检测结果进行分析,分别计算其检出限、线性范围、相对标准偏差和平均回收率,并与GB/T 20388—2006《邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》标准进行了对比。试验结果表明,采用优化萃取条件进行前处理,3种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物均有较高的回收率(98%~103%),且其相对标准偏差(2.24%~4.47%)均远小于10%,同时该优化萃取方案萃取时间较短、效率高,且萃取剂毒性较低,具有快速、高效、环境友好的优点。
In view of the three main influencing factors of extraction agent, temperature and time in phthalic acid esters determination in textiles, a series of comparative experiments are conducted and the optimum pretreating extraction parameters are eventually determined as extraction at ambient temperature for 15 minutes with hexane as the extraction agent. Through different concentration level sample detection and analysis under the optimum pretreating extraction, the detection level, linear equation, relative standard deviation precision and average recovery rate can be obtained and compared with those with GB/T 20388-2006 Test of Phthalic Acid Ester. The results indicate that the optimal pretreating extraction method has a higher recovery rate (98%- 103%), and lower relative standard deviation precision (2.24% - 4.47%) with averagely less than 10%. In the meantime, the optimum pretreating extraction method features less time-consuming with high efficiency and lower toxicity, and safe, high efficiency and environment-friendly.
