液氨储罐泄漏事故模拟及对策 被引量:2

摘要 以某公司液氨储罐泄漏为例,从人、物、管理等环节进行故障树的定性分析,并得出基本事件结构重要度排序,对减少顶上事件的发生提出建议;根据液氨储罐相关参数,用ALOHA模拟软件对事故影响范围进行定量模拟分析,得到可能事故场景下的氨气扩散区域,模拟结果对公司液氨储罐泄漏事故下的人员应急救援及疏散提供参考。 Taking the leakage accident of a liquid ammonia tank in certain company as example,this paper makes a qualitative analysis on the fault tree from the aspects of staff,objects and management.And the importance order of elementary event structure is obtained.The paper then puts forward some suggestions to reduce the top events.According to the relevant parameters of liquid ammonia tank,the influence area of the accident is analyzed quantitatively by ALOHA simulation software.The ammonia diffusion zone of possible accident is obtained consequently.The simulation results provide reference for staff emergency evacuation and rescue in case of leakage accident of liquid ammonia tank.
