摘要
自新一轮电力体制改革以来,各类对售电商业模式的研究层出不穷,本文的研究对象为电网企业经营的售电业务。本文在梳理国外售电公司商业模式的基础上,结合国内实际情况,从本地化营销服务、客户关系管理、售电账单管理与售后营销以及电力用户大数据分析这4个方面探索地区供电公司提升服务的电力营销创新模式,提出了增量配电网一体化、独立售电以及综合能源服务3种售电业务。
Since the new round of power system reform, the research on the sale of electricity business model of emerge in an endless stream, the research object of this thesis is engaged in the sale of electricity grid enterprises. This paper will be based on business model combing foreign retail companies, combined with the actual situation, from the local marketing services, customer relationship management, customer service management and marketing sale of electricity bills and power users of large data analysis to explore the regional power supply company to improve the service of electric power marketing innovation mode of the four aspects, and puts forward the increment distribution network integration the sale of electricity, independent and comprehensive energy services three business of selling electricity.
