摘要
青蒿素及其衍生物为倍半萜内酯类化合物,具有抗疟、抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫抑制和抗病毒等药理作用。近年来其抗肿瘤活性备受关注,但具体机制尚不明确。据报道,其抗肿瘤机制与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、坏死性凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制肿瘤血管生成等有关。近期研究发现青蒿素类化合物还可通过调节肿瘤细胞自噬发挥抗肿瘤作用。综述青蒿素类化合物诱导肿瘤细胞的自噬调控,以期为青蒿素类化合物抗肿瘤机制的研究提供参考。
Artemisinin and its derivatives are sesquiterpene lactone compounds with anti-malarial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, immunosuppressing and antiviral effects. Its anti-tumor activity has attracted increasing attention in recent years. However, the mechanism of anticancer activity is still unclear. It is reported that artemisinin compounds fight against cancer by inducing apoptosis and necroptosis, blocking cell cycle, and abrogating tumor angiogenesis. Furthermore, recent studies have found that artemisinin compounds can regulate autophagy to suppress tumor. In this paper, the regulatory activity of artemisinin compounds on tumor cell autophagy was reviewed, so as to provide references for the research of their anti-tumor mechanisms.
