摘要
基于"BOT+EPC"模式,构建建设风险承担能力综合评价指标体系。采用熵权法及目标差值率法对密切值法改进,构建"BOT+EPC"项目建设风险分担模型。以潜石高速公路项目为例,运用该模型评价各参与方承担建设风险的能力。结果表明该项目建设风险的最佳承担者为湖北长江路桥股份有限公司,并且确定的各参与方承担建设风险能力的综合排序,与实际情况相符。
Based on "BOT+EPC" model, the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of construction risk undertaking ability. Then, uses the entropy method and target dispersion rate method to modify the osculation value method, constructs the risk allocation model of "BOT+EPC" construction project. Taking the Qianshi highway project as an example, evaluates the participants' ability of undertaking construction risk. The results show that best construction risk's undertaker is Hubei Yangtze River Luqiao, and the integrated sort of project's participants' ability of undertaking construction risk are consistent with the actual situation.
