摘要
随着近年来各类盾构隧道的大规模兴建,盾构掘进技术日趋完善和成熟。合江套湘江隧道是衡阳市二环东路的控制性工程,刀盘结泥饼的有效防治与处理是确保盾构机顺利运行的关键。文章从地质详勘、盾构机设备改造、渣土改良、掘进参数控制和人工清淤等方面对泥饼防治措施进行分析,评价了各种措施的实施效果。研究成果不仅可以直接运用于解决工程技术难题,也可为类似的工程提供技术参考。
With the large-scale construction of shield tunnels in recent years ,the shield tunneling technology is becoming more and more perfect and mature.The tunnel of Hejiang-Xiangjiang is the control engineering in eastem road of Hengyang second ring.It is necessary to prevent and treat mud cake effectively and efficiently for the smooth operation of shield machine. Based on existed technology and research achievements, this paper tried to analyze the prevention and treatment method from geological detailed survey, shield machine equipment transformation, sediment improvement, tunneling parameter control and artificial dredging.And implement effect of these methods had been evaluated.All in all,these achievements will provide a useful reference for practical problems and similar engineering in the future.
