术野回收式自体输血技术用于患者术中血液保护的效果 被引量:2

The effect of blood protection with technique of autologous blood transfusion on operative filed salveged used in patients during surgery

摘要 目的观察术野回收式自体输血技术用于患者术中血液保护的临床效果。方法选择医院需要麻醉手术患者98例为研究对象,根据输血方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。观察组采用术野自身回收洗涤红细胞输入和少量异体凝结红细胞输入,对照组采用异体浓缩红细胞输入。观察比较2组患者输血前后游离血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)数值变化及输血后不良反应发生情况。结果输血后,2组Hb、Hct数值均有明显好转,观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组异体血量少于对照组(P<0.05);2组总输血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为0,低于对照组的16.33%(P<0.01)。结论手术中需要大量输血的患者采用回收式自体输血技术,不仅能有效节约血液资源,而且还能避免血液传播性疾病,减少输血后不良反应,促进患者早日康复。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of intraoperative blood protection with the technique of redaiming autologous blood transfusion in surgical patients. Methods 98 patients in the hospital who needed anesthesia were selected as the study subjects. According to the different transfusion methods,patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with each one of 49 cases. The observation group used surgical field to recycle and wash red blood cell input and a small amount of allogeneic coagulated red blood cell input. The control group was treated with allogeneic concentrated erythrocytes. The changes of Hb,Hct before and after transfusion and adverse reactions occurred after blood transfusion were observed and compared during each operation. Results The Hb and Hct values of the two groups were significantly improved after transfusion,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). The amount of allogeneic blood in the observation group was less than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0,which was lower than that of the control group 16. 33%( P〈0. 01). There was no significant difference in blood transfusion between the two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Surgery requires a large number of patients with blood transfusion using autologous blood transfusion technology,which not only can effectively save blood resources,but also can avoid blood-borne diseases,reduce adverse reactions after blood transfusion and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
