摘要
目的观察揿针耳穴治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法将70例原发性痛经的患者按照随机对照的原则分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例,治疗组予新型揿针耳穴贴压内生殖器、内分泌、神门、肝,每个月经周期前7~10 d予以治疗,15 d为1个疗程,下个月经周期同前进行第2个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。对照组予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗至痛止。3个疗程后观察2组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS),并比较结果。结果 2组患者各周期治疗前评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第1周期治疗后对照组VAS评分要优于治疗组(P<0.05),第3周期治疗前治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗第3周期,治疗组与对照组VAS评分差异无统计学意义。结论揿针耳穴治疗原发性痛经能够在短时间内明显缓解疼痛,且中长期的镇痛作用与布洛芬效果相似,临床上可以作为止痛的替代疗法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture press needles in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods Seventy cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomized into the treatment group and control group. There were 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with new press needles via auricular application pressure inside the genital, endocrine organs, shenmen, and liver for 7 to 10 days before each menstrual cycle. Each course of treatment lasted 15 days, and a second course began before the next menstrual cycle. A total of three courses of treatment were provided. The control group was treated with ibuprofen capsules to manage the pain. After three sessions, the VAS scores were observed and the results were compared. Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After the first course of treatment, VAS scores of the control group were better than those in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Before the 3rd course of treatment, VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The press needle treatment of primary dysmenorrhea can relieve pain in a short time, and has a similar long-term analgesic effect to ibuprofen, which can be used as an alternative therapy for analgesia.
