摘要
目的分析机械通气治疗重症心力衰竭(心衰)的临床效果。方法 64例重症心衰患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与研究组,各32例。常规组患者采取常规的抗心衰治疗,研究组患者在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上联合机械通气进行治疗,观察两组患者的心功能指标和血气指标。结果治疗后研究组患者血氧分压(PaO_2)(130.26±12.42)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)水平(42.52±11.08)mmHg均显著优于常规组(122.19±12.35)、(51.14±11.43)mmHg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者pH值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各项心功能指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者各项心功能指标水平均显著优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于重症心衰患者在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上联合机械通气治疗可有效的改善患者心功能,同时预防疾病的进一步发展,是治疗重症心衰的有效方法 ,具有推广使用的价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe heart failure. Methods A total of 64 severe heart failure patients as study subjects were randomly divided into conventional group and research group, with 32 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine anti heart failure treatment, and the research group received mechanical ventilation therapy on the basis of routine anti heart failure treatment. Observation were made on cardiac function index and blood gas index between two groups. Results After treatment, the research group had obviously better partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) as (130.26 ~ 12.42) mm Hg (1 mm Hg=O.133 kPa), blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) level as (42.52 ~ 11.08) mm Hg than (122.19 ~ 12.35) and (51.14 ~ 11.43) mm Hg in conventional group, and their difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in pH value (P〉O.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in all cardiac function indicators (P〉0.05). After treatment, the research group had obviously better cardiac function indicators than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Condusion For patients with severe heart failure, mechanical ventilation on the basis of conventional anti-heart failure treatment is an effective way to treat severe heart failure, and it can effectively improve the patient's heart function, and prevent the further development of the disease at the same time. It contains promotion and application value.
