摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石中应用的临床效果。方法 60例行微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗的复杂性肾结石患者按照随机数字法分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者结石清除情况、手术治疗情况、并发症情况以及干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组结石清除率93.33%明显高于对照组70.00%,并发症发生率6.67%明显低于对照组53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组患者SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石中可显著提高患者结石清除率,缩短患者康复时间,改善患者焦虑情况,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on complicated renal calculi treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods A total of 60 complicated renal calculi patients treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy were divided by random number table method into research group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Comparison were made on stone clearance, surgical treatment, complications, and intervention seff-rating anxiety scale （SAS） Score before and after intervention between two groups. Results The research group had obviously higher stone clearance rate as 93.33% than 70.00% in the control group, and obviously lower incidence of complications as 6.67% than 53.33% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The research group had obviously shorter operation time, off-bed activity time and hospitalization time than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before intervention, both groups had no statistically significant difference in SAS score （P〉0.05）. After intervention, the research group had obviously lower SAS score than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifieaht （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the stone clearance^rate in patients with complicated renal calculi treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, shorten their recovery time, improve their anxiety situation, reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of promotion and use.
