摘要
目的拟对天津市区域内视屏(VDT)作业人群肌肉骨骼疾病危害因素进行调查。方法选取有代表性的金融、信息技术、行政管理及自动化生产行业中VDT作业人群690人作为调查对象。使用电子化北欧肌肉骨骼疾病标准问卷收集所需信息。采用多分类logistic回归方法分析,并筛选主要危害因素。结果疲劳的患病率最高(53.3%~73.8%)。手部的舒适程度最低(6.1%)。肌肉骨骼疾病症状与腕部工作姿势(OR=1.640~1.842)、每日VDT作业时长(OR=1.265~1.438)正相关,而与休息频次呈(1/OR=1.144~1.273)负相关。影响程度由高到低的顺序为腕部工作姿势、每日VDT作业时间和休息频次。结论调查和回归分析筛选出姿势、作业时长和休息情况作为VDT作业肌肉骨骼疾病主要危害因素。以此为基础可有针对性地开展风险评估分级和健康促进措施,有助于达到一级预防目标。
[Objective] To investigate the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorder in Video Display Terminals (VDT) operation population in Tianjin. [Methods] VDT operation populations from the representative industries such as finance,information technology, administrative management and automated production were recruited in the study. The electronic version of Nordic Musculoskeletal Disorders Standard Queshonnaire was used to collect required information. The multi-classification logistic regression method was used to screen for primary risk factors. [ Results ] The prevalence rate of fatigue was highest(53.3%-73.8%) and the hand comfort level was lowest (6.1%). Musculoskeletal disorders symptoms were positively related to wrist working posture (OR = 1.640-1.842 ) and daily VDT operation duration (OR = 1.265-1.438 ), and negatively related to break frequency (1/0R=1.144-1.273). The degree of influence was wrist working posture,daily VDT operation duration and break frequency in descending order. [ Conclusion ] Investigation and regression results show that posture, VDT operation duration and break could be the primary risk factors of musculoskeletal disorder related to VDT operation. Based on this,it is possible to launch targeted hierarchical risk assessment and health promotion measures, contributing to achieve primary prevention goal.
