摘要
基于推土机铲刀升降回路液压系统的原理,从负负载工况下的系统压力、流量特性,回油背压理论与应用的必要性,以及系统在低压待命、高压保持2种极限状态下的系统特性等方面,尝试对负载敏感系统特定工况下的应用特性进行全面分析,并从节能角度介绍了当前业界的相应技术方案,以期对相关工程技术人员全面正确认识与应用负载敏感系统,探索新的节能理论和方法提供启发。
Based on the principle of the bulldozer blade lift circuit hydraulic system, from the negative load pressure, fow characteristics under the condition, the necessity of the theory and application of oil return back pressure as well as the system in low pressure standby, high pressure to maintain the two kinds of limit state system characteristics, etc., this paper trys to analyze the application characteristics of the load sensitive system under certain conditions, and introduces the corresponding technical solutions present from the viewpoint of energy saving. It is expected that the relevant engineering and technical personnel will be able to fully understand and apply the load sensitive system, and explore the new energy saving theory and method.
