摘要 目的研究核黄素磷酸盐缓冲液的吸收光谱及紫外光稳定性。方法采用可见分光光度计测定核黄素磷酸盐缓冲液的吸收光谱及在不同紫外光光照时间的吸光度。结果核黄素磷酸盐缓冲液的主要吸收峰位于200~500 nm,紫外光导致核黄素磷酸盐缓冲液的吸光度降低。结论核黄素磷酸盐缓冲液对紫外光不稳定。 Objective To study absorption spectrum and ultraviolet light stability of riboflavin in phosphate buffered solution. Methods Absorbance of riboflavin at different ultraviolet light irradiation time and absorption spectrum in phosphate buffered solution were determined by visible spectrophotometer. Results The absorption spectrum of riboflavin showed main absorption in the region 200 to 500 nm,and ultraviolet light decreased absorbance of riboflavinin phosphate buffered solution. Conclusions The riboflavin phosphate buffer is unstable to UV light.
