摘要
目的建立白花蛇舌草中多成分同时定量的高效液相色谱法方法。方法运用外标法和一测多评法分别测定人工栽培白花蛇舌草中4个环烯醚萜类和2个黄酮类成分的含量。结果人工栽培白花蛇舌草中的车叶草酸、quercetin-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-feru-loyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl)]-β-Dglucopyranoside,kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyr-anosyl]-β-D-galactopyranoside,(E)-6-O-香豆酰鸡屎藤次苷甲酯、(E)-6-O-阿魏酰鸡屎藤次苷甲酯、(Z)-6-O-香豆酰鸡屎藤次苷甲酯分别在2.36~92.42、2.59~103.47、0.64~25.68、3.59~135.21、0.61~25.94、1.05~43.58 g/ml内线性关系良好(r≥0.9994),平均加样回收率(n=3)均在99.9%~100.7%,RSD均不大于1%,外标法实测值与一测多评法计算值经配对t检验得P>0.05。结论外标法和一测多评法两种定量方法的含量分析结果之间无显著性差异,均有可用于人工栽培白花蛇舌草中4个环烯醚萜类和2个黄酮类成分的同时定量分析。
Objective To establish a Hedyotis diffusa Wilid in multicomponent quantitative HPLC method at the same time, the artificial cultivation of Hedyotis diffusa Wilid quality evaluation based on pharmacodynamics basis. Methods Using external standard method and the test evaluation method were determined more artificial cultivation Hedyotis diffusa Wilid 4 cycloalkene ether terpenoids and 2 in the content of flavonoids ingredients. Results The linear ranges for asperulosidic acid,quercetin-3-O-[2-O-( 6-O-E-feru-loyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl) ]-β-D-glucopyrano-side,kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-( 6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyr-anosyl]-β-D-galactopyranoside,( E)-6-O-p-coumaroyl scandoside methylester,( E)-6-O-feruloyl scandoside methyl ester,( Z)-6-O-p-coumaroyl scandoside methyl ester were 2.36- 92.42,2.59 - 103.47,0.64 - 25.68,3.59 - 135.21,0.61 - 25.94 and 1.05 - 43.58 g/m L( r0.9994),respectively. The average sample recovery rate( n = 3) were 99.9 - 100.7%,RSD were not greater than 1%,the value of external standard method and the calculated value of one test and multiple evaluation method were P〈0. 05 by paired t test. Conclusions There was no significant difference between the content analysis results of external standard method and one test multiple assessment method. Both can be used for the quantitative analysis of artificial cultivation of hedyotisdiffusawilld 4 iridoid glycosides and 2 flavonoid compounds at the same time.
