摘要
上海绿城黄浦8号写字楼改造项目展现了"边缘建筑"价值重现的过程。该建筑经历拆与留的辩证后得以重生:在进退之间权衡了建筑体块和空间的安排,根植于城市文脉生成虚实对比的立面,全面调整建筑空间布局并更新了设备设施以适应未来的生活、工作方式,此外项目还在诸多限制中寻求突破以期解决历史遗留的问题从而满足现代城市的要求。藉此案例旨在引起建筑界对"边缘建筑"的重视,探索快速城市更新过程中赋予此类建筑新生命的方法。
This article takes the Huangpu No. 8 Office Building by Shanghai GAD as an example to record the process of value reproduction of the architecture on the edge. The building experienced a rebirth under the debate of demolition and transformation. The arrangement of block and space was determined through weighing the pros and cons. The facade contrasted by void and solid was generated in the urban context. The spatial layout was adjusted comprehensively and the equipments and facilities were updated in order to adapt to the future life and work. In addition, the project also sought a breakthrough within considerable restrictions in an attempt to solve problems left over by history so as to meet the requirements of the modern city. This article aims to attract the attention of architectural circles, to explore the transformation method of ＂architectures on the edge＂ in the process of rapid urban renewal.
