摘要
目的探讨品管圈应用于急诊创伤患者护理病案质量管理的效果。方法成立科室品管圈活动小组,以提高急诊创伤患者护理病案质量为主题,分析影响急诊创伤患者护理病案书写质量的因素,制定并实施整改措施,以持续改进护理病案质量。结果实施品管圈活动以后,急诊创伤患者护理病案质量明显改善,甲级护理病案高于实施前(P<0.05),乙级护理病案和丙级护理病案均低于实施前(P<0.05);护士对护理病案质控的满意度由89.90%提高到97.33%(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动明显提高了创伤患者的护理病案质量及护士满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on quality management of nursing records in emergency trauma patients. Methods To establish quality control circle activities section, set the theme with ＂Improve the Quality of Nursing Records of Emergency Trauma Patients＂, analyzed the factors that affect the quality of nursing records in emergency trauma patients, developed and implement corrective actions to continuously improve the quality of nursing records. Results After the implementation of QCC, emergency nursing records of trauma patients significantly improved the quality of nursing records, class A grade higher than before（P0.05）, B and C of nursing records of nursing records were lower than before（P0.05）. The nurses＇ satisfaction of nursing records increased to 97.33% from 89.90%（P0.05）. Conclusions QCC activity significantly improved the quality of nursing records of trauma patients and nurses＇ satisfaction, which was worthy of clinical application.
