摘要
目的探讨床边教学联合PBL教学法在中医肛肠科临床教学中的效果。方法将2012级40名在某院参加中医肛肠科临床见习的本科生随机分为2组,分别进行床边教学联合PBL教学和单纯床边教学的见习带教,通过闭卷考试和带教老师面试的方式,对2组的教学质量进行评估。结果接受联合教学的学生闭卷考试成绩显著优于单纯床边教学的学生(P<0.05);在面试考核中,学生互动能力、临床实践能力,联合教学法优于单纯床边教学法(P<0.05)。结论床边教学联合PBL教学法在理论知识掌握及临床实践能力培养上优于单纯床边教学,能培养学生沟通互动及临床思辨能力,在提高学生综合能力方面有显著优势,对中医肛肠科的发展有深刻意义。
Objectives To explore the effect of bedside teaching combined with PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of Chinese medicine anorectal. Methods 40 undergraduates who participated in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine anorectal were randomly divided into two groups. The bedside teaching combined with PBL teaching and bedside teaching were taught. Through the closed book examination and teaching teachers to interview,and assess the quality of the two teaching methods. Results The students who received the joint teaching were significantly better than those who had simply bedside teaching in examinations(P0.05). In the interview,whether the interactive ability, or clinical practice ability, joint teaching method is superior to simple bedside teaching method(P0.05).Conclusions Bedside teaching combined with PBL teaching method in the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability training was better than simple bedside teaching. It could cultivate students communication and clinical thinking ability. It had a significant advantage in improving students' comprehensive ability, and had profound significance for the development of Chinese medicine anorectal.
