高温时效对441不锈钢组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of the high temperature aging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 441 stainless steel

摘要 通过对退火态441不锈钢进行不同温度、不同时间的时效处理,分析其不同时效处理状态下力学性能及组织的变化规律。结果显示,650~950℃时效后,441不锈钢抗拉强度提高,塑性指标下降;除650℃外,其他温度时效后屈服强度降低;750℃时效时,析出相爆发式弥散析出;从750℃至950℃,随着时效温度升高,析出相数量减少,尺寸明显增大,形状也由等轴状逐渐变为长棒状。 The aging heat treatments were performed for the annealed 441 stainless steel under different temperatures and different time. The mechanical properties and microstrueture were analyzed after the different aging heat treatments. The results showed that the tensile strength of 441 stainless steel increased and the plasticity index decreased after aging at 650-950 ℃, and the yield strength decreased after aging at the temperatures except 650 ℃. The precipitated phases were explosively dispersed when the steel was aged at 750 ℃. From 750 ℃ to 950 ℃, when the aging temperature in- creased, the quantity of precipitations decreased , the size increased obviously, and the shape was gradually changed from an equiaxed shape to a stick shape.
