摘要
针对当前航空装备维修安全评价中存在的权值固定、动态性能差、等级交叉和极值掩盖等问题,提出了一种改进的航空装备安全评价方法。引入改进变权理论和多级可拓模型,在建立评价分值与评价权重函数关系基础上,对低分值指标进行"惩罚"和"突显",挖掘潜在信息。解决了因评价指标过多或部分指标权重过小而影响系统评价数据,造成评价结果失真的问题,还原航空装备维修安全实际。通过实例验证分析,表明所建模型科学合理,能动态体现评价对象安全状况,与实际贴合度高,可用于航空装备维修的安全评价。
An improved safety assessment method of aviation equipment maintenance was proposed. The problems of unchangeable weights, poor dynamical performance, cross-grade and extreme concealment in safety assessment of aviation equipment maintenance have been solved. Improved variable weight and multi-level extensible model were proposed. Based on functional relationship between assessment grades and weights built in this paper, by tapping potential information, it is penalized and highlighted those indicators with lower grades. The problem of inaccurate assessment resulted by many indicators or lower weights has been solved. Through an example analysis of an aviation equipment maintenance, this model can dynamically reflect the truth of the assessment system, and provide a method of modeling for the safety assessment of aviation equipment maintenance.
