摘要
采用铁炭微电解-混凝法对铝基材酸洗废液进行处理,优化了制备工艺及微电解处理工艺。结果显示,处理酸洗废液最好的铁炭微电解填料的制备工艺为:铁炭质量比为1:2、烧结温度900℃、煅烧时间为2 h;最佳反应条件为:pH为3,曝气量为0.9 L/min;反应时间缩短至1.5 h、填料投加量缩至15 g/L的反应出水可被0.2 g/L PAC高效混凝,混凝后出水水质达到处理要求。由此提升酸洗废液的处理效率、降低污泥和处理成本。
The pretreatment of aluminum based acid pickling liquor by combined Fe/C micro-electrolysis and coagulation were studied, wherein the preparation techniques of Fe/C microelectroly and the process of Fe/C micro-electrolysis were optimized. Experimental results show that the best Fe/C microelectroly in treatment of acid pickling liquor was prepared in the 1:2 mass ratio of iron to carbon, calcination temperature of 900 ℃, and calcination time of 2 hour. The best condition of Fe/C micro-electrolysis was the aeration rate of 0.9 L/rain and pH 3. Dosage of the Fe/C microelectroly and reaction time shall be separately reduced to 15 g/L and 1.5 h with the subsequent coagulation, where PAC of 0.2 g/L was the best coagulant, making the water quality after coagulation meet the requirement of pretreatment. Thus, the costs and sludge quantity were reduced with the treatment efficiency increased during the process.
